UC LCWRA

hi iv been entitled to LCWRA. I sent my form bk on 12 sep. I had the assessment by fone on the 10th of Oct.Iv had reply on my journal saying im entitled to it on the 28th Oct and that's it iv been sending sick notes/ fit notes for about 14 months r so. I get universal credit on the 9th and 23rd of each month. Can u tell me how long it would take plz.
