LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

Assuming there have been no gaps in handing in your Fit Notes.

July/August: Partial AP not counted for waiting period

August/September: AP 1

September/October: AP 2

October/November: AP 3

November/December: Eligible for LCWRA

December 15th: First LCWRA element paid.

No backpay due.

If you have Transitional Protection on your claim, this will reduce now you've been awarded LCWRA.
