Feeling awful...no hope
Hi
I've been off sick from work for four weeks. I just started the job in September.
My conditions are Autism, ADHD, EUPD, Bipolar II Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder, Complex PTSD, Dyspraxia, POTS, IBS, Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder.
Every time I try to get into work, or sort out my life, I get. Glare up abd I have to stop work or leave my job. I just feel so stressed all the time and miserable. Will I ever be able to work or achieve things that I want to do? I can't afford to be out of work. I don't knkw what to do, and I'm not getting any relief.

Hi @JessKenny, welcome to the community! I understand how frustrating it is, wanting and trying to work but your conditions just always seeming to get in the way. I've had trouble with it and my partner certainly has. It just adds to the stress and anxiety.
Have you had an Occupational Health assessment with your workplace? And do you have any reasonable adjustments at all?
Just curious if there is anything that has been put in place to help make the work more adjusted to you. You can read more about it on our advice pages here: Reasonable adjustments at work | Disability charity Scope UK
Also, please do look out for an email from us later!
