Ive made approx 29 journal entries on my journal for universal credit. Ive called many times whereas agents have logged on my journal that a case manager will call me before 6pm the following day . 3 times nobody as contacted me. Whats the next steps please cause tbis as made me poorly. Regards

    Thank you both so much. I was mislead to claiming universal credand was told the benifits im already on wouldnt be affected in anyway at all. This wasnt true as my esa severe dissability stopped. Regards

    May I ask who advised you this? Severe disability Premium isn't payable when claiming UC. When you claim UC Income Related ESA stops 2 weeks later.

    Did you claim UC through managed migration because you received a letter inviting you to apply? Or was it a change of circumstances?
