    @Marydoll5 thanks.. have appointment with the hospital will tell the psychologist about it and maybe can get help from the social worker helped me last time or a new one. Maybe they will this time but always busy. Will see. . I need all this out of my chest. Very distressing.

    We did @Marydoll5 ,they took it down on the 10th of this month.We were away at the time.

    I'm quite disappointed about having no use for those awful blue lights now.

    @Catherine21 thanks so much. I wish I had an understanding family but will get a letter from my psychologist I hope. I am really anxious. I guess it is better not to think about it.

    I am gonna just think I will get not get it. As long as they do not stop ESA. I guess I will survive.

    I might have to fill that form on my own.. it is too much anxiety to try to get people to help me. It is too distressing. Will see.

    I overspend as well. I go to the supermarket and spend money and food keeps pilling up. But before I would not buy food at all or very little. I am hoping for a good year. But really I hope it is not worse than this one.. as long as it is the same I am happy. Better not to read the papers .… All the scaremongering.

    Afternoon all!

    I had my appointment today and the consultant saw me. She was brilliant and knew my history. I'm getting tapered off medication and started then on new ones.

    There's hope for me. @Sandy_123 enjoy your daughter and family's visit.
