do you get back dated payment for the 3 months waiting period on lcwra?

    No because it’s not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods. It’s then paid from the 4th month after your first fit note with payment being the end of that month.

    Looking at your previous thread your first payment is 15th December. No LCWRA element is owed.
