I forgot to mention I've had a back payment but read that they will stop my payments while in reconsideration.
Please help or have I made a big mistake .

You've read incorrectly. If you have a PIP award in payment then this will continue while you request the MR, as advised on your other thread here.
Same applies if you take it to Tribunal.
