Hi I'm still waiting on my copy of my award letter it seems like forever.i have put a request in last month now it's december

    All you can do is ring carers allowance and check if they have the correct address and also ask if the letter has actually been sent.

    They do have the correct address.but they can't actually tell me if it has been sent out.they can't check anything.all they have to do is press a simple button

    They should be able to check if the letter has been sent. I’m sorry but I have no other advice to give.
