hi i am having problems trying to get a certificate of entitlement to DLA

my existing certificate serial no [removed by moderator] higher rate of mobility

it states it is an indefinate period, my council will not accept this

can you please help

    Please remove your personal details as it's not safe to post them on a public forum. I have also flagged the post to the Scope forum team.

    If your council won't accept your current certificate, have they told you what the problem with it is and what they would accept?

    You have just given your personal details on a pubic forum where anyone can see them. Scope do not allow the use of personal information to protect yourself.

    I see it’s DLA and not PIP. The contact number if you were born before April 8th April 1948 is Telephone: 0800 731 0122.

    If born after 8th April 1948 it’s Telephone: 0800 121 4600
