Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is not classed as a 'disability' in the UK yet, and it is not that I am eager to be 'labeled', but as our illness is so physically and mentally debilitating I was hoping others of you out there could help out with suggestions about how you found help with pain, medication, fatigue and any other symptoms we share.

Hello @DeeFibro and welcome to the community.
I am curious why you believe that Fibromyalgia is not considered as a disability?
It would certainly be covered by the Disability Discrimination Act, and would fit most modern definitions of a disability. As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change! -
