Does anybody else with an invisible disability get fed up of hearing their own voice over and over again explaining your disability?

    Hi @Roland.

Welcome aboard the great ship (Scope About Disability)

Yes I'm in the same "boat" as you.

I think the term is "Banging your Head against a Brick Wall"

    Hi @roland:

I can empathize. I don't get asked too often about my visible disability anymore, but I used to a lot when I was younger. Now I think people see me as older and aren't  really intrigued anymore :).

How do you deal with it?

Well don't explain then? I only explain to those who I absolutely have to.
