You can't go back and reuse that time unfortunately. So just have to think about moving forward now.
Have you got the letter showing where you did and didn't get the points? When you've got that, you can then decide where you should score more points, and write that down for the Mandatory Reconsideration.
If you don't have any additional evidence to send then obviously you can't send any, but that just means you need to put a bit more detail down with regards to previous real-life attempts at the descriptor task.
Ultimately, it probably will end up going to tribunal, which takes some of the pressure off of the MR. But you should still do that to the best of your ability with the hope that it does change the award without needing to go to Tribunal. ๐

I got 2 points for needing to be prompted by another person and 2 from another person for making complex budget decisions. It says that based on the fact I took my son his first holiday abroad using an airport I have no mobility issues and what is staggering is it basically says there was nothing to support emotionally upset basically during the assessment.Which is totally untrue. It goes on to say that I haven't seen a psychiatrist for many years

Ok, so you need quite a few more points for an award in both parts. In that case you can almost forget the assessment and just write again where you think you should score the points for the MR. But be prepared that it probably will end up going to tribunal. Many of us, myself included, score 0 points at the assessment, and then go on to get an award at tribunal, so 4 points really isn't the end of the process.
Lacking emotional upset is just one of the standard cut and paste excuses to prevent an award. It's virtually meaningless and won't even be considered by the tribunal - especially if you can attend the tribunal in person or via video so they can see you for themselves.
Airport holiday is a difficult one. I can see how that could be used against you for Mobility. The award should be based on the majority of the time though, not just one day or even one week. So again that's a poor argument from their side. You just need to explain what the majority of the time is like, and if the airport was a one off, they may ask you to explain how you managed it at the tribunal.

I just don't think I've got the strength to go through this

Really sorry to hear that @Jane315STARX but many people are denied PIP at the first hurdle. So next up would be a mandatory reconsideration which I'd suggest doing in writing, don't do it over the phone as the call centre staff may make mistakes, or misinterpret what you say. As OverlyAnxious has said, it'll be best to write it showing where you think you should get points, preferably with real life scenarios and any consequences.
I also scored 0 points, twice and had to go all the way to tribunal, but it was all worth it in the end. ๐2 -
Thank you.can I just write it on a piece of paper and write M.R? And is it possible to just have daily living part? Is this going to affect my U.c now? As all they have put totally contradicts why I've got my Esa support group for the past 20 plus years

It says in this report"I have acknowledged loss of consciousness. You have a Waring sign in order to make yourself safe. ( it's spelt WARING).But I don't remember losing consciousness and I do not have a warning sign.

PLease can someone advise me what I should do

I'd suggest you get in touch with local welfare rights, who can support you through the process
MR has a very low success rate, so set your expectations accordingly. Tribunal (in person or phone/video) has a much higher success rate, and the DWP sometimes make a pre hearing offer so it doesn't go all the way to Tribunal.

Thank you for your honesty.I am not going to waste any more of my energy trying to get something that although I know I'm entitled ill never probably get and I'm just too ill to go to those lengths

Unfortunately when you ask for a MR, they'll look at both daily living and mobility, but it wont affect your UC at all, or your ESA as they're all separate benefits, so please don't worry there.
As Kimmy has suggested, it may be worth asking someone to support you more through the process, as I understand it's all a bit daunting and a lot to take in. But help is there if you need it and we're all here to answer when we can. It'll be ok. ๐0 -
I do appreciate that.Isnt it very though about the assessor saying she noted a loss of consciousness? ( not applicable to me,and neither would a Warning card)
0 -
It does seem a bit strange, but that can be addressed in the MR id you feel it needs to be mentioned.
I've been to tribunal 3 times now and honestly, aside from the wait, it's loads easier than the actual PIP assessments. The tribunal actually do care about the people they see.0 -
OK...so maybe I will consider.Ill write out a letter and post it recorded delivery basically saying why I want it reconsidered?
0 -
You'll not need to do it recorded delivery, just proof of postage will be totally fine. There's lots of information regarding the process here and also the official MR page on the Gov website here. Both will talk you through the process.
You have a month from the the date on the denial letter, so plenty of time to have a read through and get a plan together. ๐
