i have a PIP appeal on 23rd . I have bipolar disorder and it has made my life hell any advice please

I think it's just general advice poppy so my advice is not to worry about the appeal and enjoy new year the best you can.
In terms of bipolar how are you finding things at the moment have you got any support around you?
