    hello I’m new here. It’s late and I’m wide awake. I was diagnosed with GAD , harm OCD & traits of EUPD November 2022 I’m estranged from my family and have a wee teenager who is my anchor. I lost my nephew last month to suicide . He was only 27. Heartbroken πŸ’”

    Been waiting forever for therapy .
