It's definitely a day for thermals coats gloves scarves and what else on a day like today? Are ear muffs still a thing?.Not sure but if they are ill think of getting some.

Did you see Scope are offering free electric blankets? I'm not sure what the terms are for claiming, but it's worth having a look. 😊

You are 😁.Yes I have already put in a request in December so am keeping my fingers crossed thank you x.You could get a thick wooly hat or go all out brian friedman ( Love him) for a hair piece.Hes a choreographer who has many different hair styles which are fabulous.you could go pink Albus if it suited.or Just plain old brown depending on how you feel

Wear lots of layers. That's the secret. Even the Arctic explorers know this. Wear a Tee shirt inside your Tee shirt, better still a thermal vest.

Yes I have T shirt a thermal and a jumper on ready for when I go out.My hands get raw even with gloves on.I might look into those gadgets they sell on tik tok that warm your hands.

Haha, I don't think I'd suit a hairpiece @Jane315STARX though I'd love to see what I look like with hair now (Maybe dark red like I used to have), just for a giggle. 😆 I do have a fine selection of very warm hats now though. Fingers crossed for that electric blanket. ❤️

I have to go out later with my daughter to the city and am not looking forward to it. Get so cold in my wheelchair. Thinking I might have to really layer up with blankets and ponchos and go for the Michelin man effect!

Well if check out Brian Friedmans instagram you'd be utterly shocked how real his hair looks.Having said that I think a bald head is actually better when it's naturally gone that way.Man or woman

I just went outside and cleaned my rabbits out. It's quite pleasant when you are moving. I got quite warm despite the frequent pauses I need to get my breath back.

I did have a wooly hat and thermal work gloves on though and a thermal underlayer.

Yes, it was freezing when I went out this morning. The wind chill was -7. 🥶 I’m looking after my grandchildren today so had to leave at 7am. Had to scrape the car and use de-icer.

I really dislike the cold weather and much prefer summer!

My windows are firmly shut and I've had the heating on this morning for 2 hours.Its still not very toasty but heating was off all night.Ive been sleeping with two 13 tog duvets and it's still cold.

Absolutely cold I've got a snuggle top that keeps me warm, I've got heating on 20 on auto. Use blankets, hot drinks. Snow warning for me for next 3 days coming in tomorrow night heavy. Stay warm everyone

For Jane315STARX I had to laugh when I read one of your comments "Are ear muffs still a thing?.Not sure but if they are ill think of getting some." I do not know what high fashion says about items that keep you warm, wear them and start start being an influencer not a follower of Fashion.

If worst happens a good thick scarf wrapped around you and a nice hat is always a good choice.

@Lindsey54 the funny thing about this is I actually used to be in the Retail industry many years ago.In my teens I would only wear Gucci Prada vesace etc.But as you get older although you appreciate the quality of products you also realise that A. Not only can you no longer afford them but other things take priority.Im guessing somewhere there are designer ear muffs!.I did survive without any today with just my woolly hat.X

I'm ok now I think it was it initially this morning.When the heating has been off all night in my house it takes forever to warm it up.I thìnk in a previous life I must have been an animal that basked in the desert.When it's been really hot here like record temperatures and people start complaining it's too hot.I love it..it's just right for me
