Do Work Coaches change after migration from ESA to UC

I am trying to help someone who is moving from ESA to UC and is worried that her current work coach, who she has come to trust, may be replaced by someone else when she completes her managed migration from ESA to UC. As they are different departments, does anyone know if she'll get a new coach or keep her current coach? She is in the ESA work related activity group but suffers from anxiety. Her current coach is really good so this important to her.
Thank you.

It's highly likely that she will have a different work coach.

Oh, that's such a shame. She'll be devasted and probably very anxious. I hope her new coach will be as approachable and as understanding. Fingers crossed. Thank you Poppy.

People don't tend to have a regular work coach. Every appointment can be with a different person, they all look at the records and see what needs doing.

Thanks for the information Tifo
Previously, on ESA, I understood that my friend would speak to the same work coach because that's what she was concerned about. She didn't want to have to get to know someone new. She has social anxiety issues. I guess on UC it'll be different as it's a different department.
