I've had a message in my uc journal saying they are reviewingy uc claim to see if my information is correct and getting the right amount
Ringing me on wed lunch time
I'm very anxious
What questions do they ask

That phone call is to explain the process and to answer any questions that you have.
UC are doing millions of these checks, I went through one in 2023 and loads of others on the forum have been through one. They are to make sure your payments are correct from a financial perspective.
The standard information they ask for is ID and four months of bank account statements, for all accounts you have.
They will create upload links via your Journal's To Do list.
After you submit the information they are looking for, you will have a telephone interview.
You'll be asked a series of scripted questions about other potential sources of money, ISA's, PayPal, property, premium bonds etc.
Then questions about some of your banking transactions, which might not appear to make any sense (mine didn't).
I myself (as capital was over £6k on paper) was then asked to submit individual bank statement pages showing my Cost of Living payments.
I've seen others who were asked for PayPal account statements after the call.
Then I had a journal message saying my review was complete and my payments were correct.

I've been targeted for review and although the lady says on the phone nothing to worry about, it's gone to a decision maker and I've been told to go in person into the job centre. I have a reasonable adjustment for phone call only - does anyone know why do I need to go in when I have this adjustment? UC have already made my health worse, this just feels wrong. I have nothing to hide, I'm genuinely too unwell to attend in person.

Hi, my son is on Lcwra, he had his bank statement review today, they all so asked if anything has changed, he told them that he has been diagnosed with lvl 2 autism. will this trigger a review ? I've tried Google and it says it shouldn't.
I just wanted to double check
Thanks David

I wouldn't think so @David97521. LCWRA is already the highest level of support, so unless your son's condition has improved things shouldn't change ☺️

H,
i Im new to the site.. I have just had a review on my U/C ..Been told it's now complete. I was awarded LCWRA due to my health conditions…which have not changed but have in fact worsened and now have Osteoarthritis and CPTSD on top of what I already have. What I have now noticed when I sign into my journal it that they have added work commitments. I have contacted them explaining the issue. Why would they now put on work commitments suddenly when my condition has worsened?

Are you certain that you were awarded LCWRA (Limited Capability for Work Related Activity) and not LCW - Limited Capability for Work?

Yes definitely LCWRA

How strange. When you say your review was completed, was it a Work Capability Assessment or a financial review where you send them bank statements?
What is the text for the work commitments now listed for you?
