Feeling low
Feeling so empty inside feel hopeless being on fight and flight for months is so draining I really hope we have some idea of what the future holds and it's not as bad as I think wish had somewhere to escape my mind

Hope you're doing ok @Catherine21. Are you able to get out for a little fresh air or find something light to watch on TV as a little bit of a distraction.

@Catherine21 and @Nightcity I can't stop the terrors. I know that I ought not to waste precious time stressing about what *might happen from spring onwards but I can't stop. I've no family or close friends but I'll try to settle down with a book. I treated myself.

@Catherine21 I feel like my life's in limbo.Thing is it's not right in anyones book how we are made to feel. We've done nothing wrong but are made to feel like scrounging outcasts.
I can't believe at my age I don't feel settled,always on edge, really rattled and irritated, scared, frustrated and downright horrified at the mere prospect of what "might" lie ahead.
