Mandatory Reconsideration
Anyone else!
Physically and mentally drained with the whole process!!
I've received the " we have all the information we need to be able to decide " letter today! Dated 12th December 2024, I'm not sure what's going on as my claim has been with the MR dept since 18/21st November, my assessment was completely flawed and had to be re-done by another HP as I complained.
I received a half hearted apology from maximus but hey ho x
I am in week 9 of 15 for the MR and all this waiting is killing me, I haven't claimed for my anxiety but God I wish I had. The flawed assessment scored big fat 000s across the board but the new one done on 27th November has 8 for DL and 4 For Mob.
I'm hoping and praying the go with the report but in the meantime, anyone got their timeline for their MRs just to give me some idea if texts are sent and if they have had an a MR call or Text.
Thank you x

MR decisions can take anything up to 15 weeks so you’re well within that timeframe. Hopefully not much longer now.
