Hi @narishw, welcome to the community.
As far as I'm aware, PIP and DLA aren't usually claimed at the same time as they are the same kind of benefit.
PIP is usually for people aged 16 and above and DLA is for children under 16. Once a child reaches 16 they are usually invited to claim PIP instead. For most adults, PIP is now the main disability benefit.
Are you claiming for yourself or for someone else?

Rosie is correct, the same person can't receive both benefits at the same time.
