    Yes, we've had some members in the past because I've advised them. I can't remember there names though. Is there any advice you would like, I will do my best to advise you.

    Hi poppy I called dwp today on their number about the cold weather payment as my wife and I are on mixed aged couples ESA income related and it was like crazy, no one at there place knows anything about mixed aged couples, all they wanted was for me and my wife to apply for UC, there was no info for us, I just wondered if any members had this issue

    Hi Poppy thank you for reply, there was no help from the DWP on their weather payment number, it was all about UC, I was passed to 4 separate numbers and none of them was to do with this weather payment so I used their weather payment online email to send a message leaving them my email address as they didnt want my NI number just my full name and email address, so I think I will give them a week to reply.
