UC Transitional protection amount calculation

Does anyone knows how UC calculate Transitional Protection?
We moved from Tax Credits to Universal Credit on June 2024. Our Transitional protection amount has already changed 3 times (at start of claim was around £600, then on November it changed to £580 and now from January it changed to £450).
I know that UC receives information from the Tax Credits office, but no one from UC can explain why my Transitional Protection amount is fluctuate.
Does anyone know which Tax Credit period and income is taken into account after migration to UC for Transitional protection calculations?
My recent Tax Credit award was for 06/04/2024 to 07/07/2024. Do they use the information from this period income?

It should not change unless your circumstances or Universal Credit (UC) award changes.
You can request a breakdown of the calculation of your transitional element. This tool by CPAG helps create a formal note for you to add to your UC online journal asking for it.
It should be calculated like this:
When a claim is made and verified, the transitional element is calculated using a Universal Credit amount that’s based on your known circumstances from the day before your claim. This amount is referred to as the ‘indicative Universal Credit award’.
At this point, the transitional element is the difference between the indicative Universal Credit award and your previous legacy benefit amount. It aims to protect your benefit entitlement at the point of moving to Universal Credit.
The indicative Universal Credit award, including the transitional element, is an estimation based on your circumstances the day before you make your Universal Credit claim.
