hey.
I currently received the disabled child element on my UC aware for my daughter who gets DLA
My son has now also been awarded DLA.
Will I get the disabled element on my UC for him too or can you only get it for one disabled child?
I wasn’t sure if there were specific rules around how many disabled children you can have on your claim.

You will receive the disabled child element for your son too, there's no maximum amount you can have on your claim. If his award is high rate care it will be the higher element, if it's any other award it will be the lower element.
You need to report the DLA award and then the disabled child element will be included.
