I've seen a lot of posts regarding this and looks like it's becoming more common for dwp to ask for sor so thought these questions could help others aswell as myself .
What's peoples experiences and timescales from tribunal sending sors out after dwp requesting them?
Timescale for dwp to decide what they are doing and if not appealing how long to start receiving payments?
Anyone had mps help
Anyone been in situation of dwp actually going to upper tribunal and what happened ?
Thankyou
