After a high court judge making money saving cuts for disabled illegal..How is Reeves still seemingly going forward with Disability cuts ?

Generally speaking court rulings havent prevented governments from doing what they want to do, especially when is a lack of mainstream media attention and lack of public knowledge of said rulings.
Also as I understand it the court didnt rule the cuts illegal, but rather the way that the consultation was carried out, the DWP didnt do it properly. This was also related to the WCA consultation specifically, not the PIP one.

As @worried33 mentions, what was ruled illegal was the way a consultation was carried out. As there are specific legal guidelines the government must stick to when carrying out a consultation.
