Hello. I have a friend who has been suffering for anxiety and depression issues since 11 and is 21 now. Recently, she has often been feeling really low and down. She has been on rTMS treatment recently but still it hasnt helped her a great deal. I would like to know what to in situations when she is feeling low or down and getting sudden anxiety and depression and what is the best I can help her as a friend?

Hi @RickyRancho1996 welcome to the community, the MIND website has some great resources about helping someone else with mental health.
This page is about helping people with anxiety and panic attacks and this page is about helping others with depression.
I hope this helps youScope
