in Universal Credit (UC)

hi, I’ve been awarded LCWRA on 04/01/25 It says it’s effective from 12/10/24. When I click on the “report health change” in my journal which was made on 12/10/24 it says effective from 30 July. I know there’s a 3 month waiting period for the extra money but does this mean I’ll receive backdated payments from 30/10/24?

My assessment period is 12th-13th of each month and my payment date is the 19th

    You reported the health condition on 12/10/24, when did you supply your first Fit Note, and were they supplied without breaks, none that were backdated etc?

    my first fit note was dated 26march-26june although I didn’t start my uc claim until May 2024 and I’ve supplied fit notes since then without any breaks

    Which date exactly did you give UC the first Fit Note?

    I saw your previous topic about an ESA claim.

    Without knowing that information the start of your waiting period and payment date can't be calculated by anyone here.

    Sorry for all the questions but there are so many dates I don't want to advise until I'm sure.

    So on 14th May you claimed UC, reported a health condition and supplied the Fit Note?

    Do you know what the Journal information on 12/10/24 Report a Health Change refers to?
