PIP change of condition

My wife gets the maximum and had a catastrophic brain I jury...cognitive damage a can't practically walk but few steps...she's since suffered neuropathy and can't walk at all now...if I report this now will she be reassessedfrom.s ratch and could I get in trouble for not reporting this earlier?

I answered your question on a different thread and this was my reply..
As she already receives the highest award possible then there's no changes to report, even if her conditions have got worse. This is because it doesn't matter how many more points she could score, she can't receive a higher award than she already has.
