Hello, I live in Cumbria and I am currently my husbands carer as he has mobility and balance probs. I also have health issues inc IBS, Fibromyalgia, Curvatures in spine and Asthma. We help each other on a daily basis, we don't go far but try to do 2hrs volunteering each week at the local foodbank, and I help out at a local computer class just to get out of the house.
