    Miserable weather here so tucked up in bed trying to keep warm.

    Not been sleeping lately.

    Always over thinking and worrying about what our fete will be regarding benefits.

    I once had a good career but I had to take early ill health retirement.

    I never imagined my life would be reduced to this existence of constant worry and fear.

    @Catherine21 my health will never get better until I feel safe. And that probably will never happen . Anyway no worries about the postie until tomorrow. I hope I won't get any of "those" letters unless is a good news one. But hard to keep it aside. But will try. Back from my stroll. So I think I will stay home for the rest of the day.

    @luvpink on the same boat.

    I hate my life and constant worry about my fate.. if at work you only have to worry to attend it and do it right . But being sick is very distressing. Not only the decaying health but also the fear of losing the little we have.

    @Elvisdog nope not seen to doctor for Anxiety but has been to doctors for other things that i can't remember for . my mum is one that booked doctor appointment. my mum kept on misreading me and kept saying things you shouldn't said for people for Anxiety. had more then some form of therapy but didn't seem to be successful. I did watch inside out 2 at the Odeon cinema and did realised after watching inside out 2 . that has help me lot more

    Another day. Feeling so so . But my anxiety is not as bad but it was this morning. In any case I can't wait for the time to go to bed. I am so sick of the feel of having to fight every day and so scared about the future. .Anyway. I hope you are all ok so far. I can only hope for a lottery win. Probably my only way out.
