Hi @kerrieduggan87, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're suffering with your Sciatica. Sometimes it can take a little while for people to find your post and reply so please don't worry if you don't get replies straight away.
Do you receive PIP at all? Some people who receive PIP higher mobility may be eligible to get a mobility scooter from Motability.

Sometimes it's best to visit a local mobility shop to try a few out and work out what might suit you best 😊 some places will let you hire before you buy to see how you get on.
There's a page on the Scope website about finding equipment that you might find useful:

Hope you can find something soon.

I bought a second hand class 3 scooter from Mobility Giant. The scooter came with a 1 year guarantee, which they honoured no problem, when I had a mechanical problem with the scooter.

TGA Breeze S3. I have the S4 but want S3 next time, as 3 wheels gives a much tighter turning circle.
Ordinarily I would say a 3 wheeler would be less stable, but not in this case.
It halves the turning circle of the S4, and might even give more leg room.
