Hi I get esa iam intiled to t disabilty premium even though my brother lives with me and is on universal credit I also get pip

If your ESA is the old Income Related, there are conditions for receiving the SDP when you live with someone.
Your brother would need to receive a qualifying benefit; UC isn't a qualifying benefit therefore making you ineligible for SDP.

Iam in a support group does that make a difference

The Support Group makes no difference. You would only be entitled to SDP if all the adults that live with you are either registered blind or claiming a qualifying disability benefit their self, such as PIP daily living, DLA mid/high rate care or AA.
