    hi I’ve had money taken out of my back account from CCSL I’ve not had any letters from anyone I don’t know what the debt it for

    Hi @tinatina77, welcome to the community. It's really difficult to know what this might be from. Are you receiving any benefits at the moment?

    Or could there be any other payments that you might have missed that are being collected?

    If you can find some details for the collection agency then you might be able to get in contact with them to see if they can explain things, was it only listed as CCSL on your bank account or was there a reference of some kind?
