Asking this question on behalf of someone I know
He applied for lcwra and was awarded lcw, asked for the mr but no change, the letter said he can appeal to tribunal online but the gov website don’t list lcw/ra as a benefit
Can anyone tell me how he goes to tribunal to appeal the decision please

I'd highly recommend getting help and support through a local welfare rights organisation
