Afternoon.. miserable day today. At home watching telly. Feeling rather anxious but I hope it will pass. Still very worry and scared about the future. I feel they will cut my benefits and everything and make me homeless. Also very scare when they will start moving me to UC and playing round with phonecalls that never happen and keep asking for evidence and never happy with it. I keep having those scenarios in my head and it is really eating me but I just hope it will happen the latest possible and I will not be bother a lot. But easy Said than done.
Keep warm. Room is a bit warmer still 14 degrees so it is not comfortable.
Keep safe. I guess it will be an early night as usual. And I hope I will get a better sleep. Woke up like three times yesterday.
But living in fear is no picnic.

There's a saying I love it goes I've had many worries in my life most of them didn't happen it's the fear it does create the worst possible outcomes fear is a very very powerful emotion the way I'm trying to deal with it is that it's not just me it's millions the only way is through it many people had good experiences we only tend to hear the ones where people struggling and in psychology it's called The spotlight effect where you can think it's just you but the dwp do this day in day out we are just an NI number will be basic if you have no savings on 6 grand I say this now when time comes I probley fall apart but living in constant fear is horrific I hope for you some peace of mind looks like dwp putting in measures to help and understand we are vunerable

@Catherine21 thank you very much. It is hard. But it is true I need to stop worrying and Only worrying when it happens. Really need to change my mindset but it is really hard to change as I am a s fatalist.. but I will try to put it aside. Maybe they will not even move and maybe it happens in autumn or even later .. as it stands a lottery will probably help .. having more money in the bank will mean cancelling benefits.
