The Tory heavyweights spent 40+ years refusing to accept the outcome of the first EU Referendum.
They spent 6 weeks pretending we would benefit from leaving the EU.
Only a third of the electorate voted for Brexit. Most of us knew it was a rotten idea and that we would be shooting ourselves in the foot!
"Why are the English so stupid?" topped Google searches the following day.. I don't have the answer to that.
