    Hi @briandonaldson welcome to the community , Lcwra is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment based on prognosis datΔ™ completed by the assessor in their report and have a recommended review date from 6 months to 36 months, please take care, Kind regards.

    Hello @briandonaldson.

    If there have been no gaps between your fit notes, it should be backdated to 3 full assessment periods after your first fit note to UC.
