    I spent most of the day at home. No bad letters that I know off. Unless a neighbour nick it. Feeling so so. But at least warmer weather is greatly appreciated. I hope it last. Now waiting for the right time to go to bed. Had a bad day at some point later in the day yesterday. So might have to stop attending a place I go on Fridays. I did stop and went back a few weeks ago . But will have to stop . It is long way to get there and having to deal with the rush hour on the way back very busy and hectic. So even If I enjoy it. I had a panic attack getting very dizzy twice and it does not happen when I attend any other place .

    I feel my health is going downhill and I do not feel is improving only getting worse .

    I am more self conscious and more paranoid. Anyway evening guys.. take care and keep warm because you never know if tomorrow will be this lucky. Sorry for the long message ..

    I love cake and biscuits etc.. I stopped buying biscuits because I would eat tons of it . So now I would put good peanut butter on a rice or corn cake and that is my sweet snack. Still i can not say no to the odd piece of cake. I really love cake. So many. But only as a treat or maybe If I am offered cake at any gatherings etc . Still I might get the odd biscuit hear and there. Also stopped buying sugar and only put honey in my tea and coffee. Still sugar. So might stop it as well.

    I had an amazing day.

    Ireland and England won the rugby in the six nations.

    Lots of banter was had between supporters of the teams in my local pub.

    I am exhausted now and home in my pj's listening to 70's music and sipping a little pink gin.

    I had a good day here in wet windy Cornwall.

    The sea was really wild with a the tide in and massive waves.

    It really is so beautiful here.
