Best of luck with the tribunal @toysoe1

We do have an advice page on the tribunal stage of the appeal process, it also has links to other helpful resources: Appealing a benefits decision | Disability charity Scope UK

The tribunal will be some time away, but better to prepare earlier in my mind!

So I called the tribunal this morning to see if I could track the decision and the very nice lady on the phone said appeal is closed that she would email me my decision instead which she did within 2 mins, appeal is allowed which went from 6 and 0 to 10 and 10, daily living and mobility, which means both are standard rates, I was expecting my daily living to be at an enhanced rate but as it is will accept results and accept my fate lol just glad a turnover was made

Glad you at least got a standard rate sorted @toysoe1, that's good news. Well done for getting through it all, it can be a pretty stressful process!

So I rang today to ask for any updates since winning at tribunal, they said they received the update from tribunal but my case was not yet assigned to a case manager hence they hadn’t called me but they went ahead and asked the required questions and realised they had a wrong account number lol I have given them the right one so hopefully it’s ok. When it eventually gets assigned to a CM, I may not receive a call, they will just process the payment

They shouldn't need to ring you now you have answered the required questions.
