It says not to ring as they can't tell me.

Usually my advice would be to ring and ask as despite what the message says as you are free to do so.
However while there hasn't been an announcement about a policy change, several users have done so recently and were refused any information over the phone.
If you weren't on Enhanced x 2 an increased award would mean backpay, which usually arrives before the letter and would indicate what's happened.

I was on one enhanced and one lower. Il try calling but I won't get my hopes up on them telling me. It's unfair to make us wait until the letter. Especially with anxiety etc. Surely it's on the screen! Or surely they can see if I have another payment due in 2 weeks .

I had that text last Monday, and the letter arrived on the Friday. It is an anxious time.

It remained the same, both enhanced. I was unsure because had no assessment..
Was not enjoying the idea of a 2 week wait. So, wanted to share how soon the letter arrived.
