Serco WCA Wait times?
Hello,
I'm wondering about the WCA wait times in general or specifically with Serco. I have tried to google but can only find information about the wait for the result /after/ the assessment.
I returned my UC50 in october and it has almost been 6 months. I've been told this is an usually long time but I am not sure.
I have only been on UC since september so I still don't quite know what I'm doing yet lol, so any advice on this would be appreciated.

Hi @cjames75, welcome to the community. Unfortunately there are some long backlogs for some people, sorry to hear you've been waiting so long. 6 months does feel like a long time to be waiting for your result but hopefully you'll hear back soon. Have they been able to give you any updates on your assessment?
Sometimes it's worth popping a message on your journal to see if they can look into things for you.

As his form is with the assessment provider, writing on his Journal won't get anywhere as UC are waiting for the assessment, same as him.
At this stage he would need to enquire directly with Serco.

Ah yes, that's my mistake, thanks @Kimmy87! Serco are probably a better point of contact 😊

Hi
Did they text you to acknowledge receipt of your form?
You could give them a ring for an update.
