Lift broken since I moved in 4 month ago…

Hi! I moved into my new apartment 1st Oct 24, I viewed the property on four separate occasions and was very pleased with the decor, lighting, basic layout, etc. However, I only viewed the second floor so two flights of stairs wasn’t horrendously painful- I suffer from bilateral disc herniation and sciatica so stairs are extremely difficult to manoeuvre when both of your hips, legs and lower back are excruciatingly painful even without moving. Anyway, when asking the valid questions, I asked about the lift as it was boarded up (offices converted into apartments) and the estate agent told me that it would be completed by the time I moved in… it was not and over the four months of residing here, the lift has worked for a maximum of one month in total and not continuously. I live on the top floor (4th) and we had to move our belongings in up a total of approximately 70 steps. I have contacted the landlord and spoke with other tenants who have too and their response was that it’s the tenants who are at fault 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I would like to know whether I can leave the contract early (no break clause) due to not being able to leave my apartment if the lift is out of service?

Another issue is that delivery services, Asda for example, refuse to deliver to me due to the fact that I live in a pedestrian zone so I have to pay extra for same day delivery where they can deliver on motorbikes. Most of the time they ask me to meet them and I try explaining my disability yet they do not care/are lazy.
