Medium Priority?

Hi, on reading a SAR for a friend there's an Added note "Medium Priority" in the PIP Paperwork, could anyone elaborate please she's on Enhanced for both Components & had paper based assessments for both initial application 2019 and review 2022 as there's Cognitive & Engaging issues, Wondering if there's any significance, Many thanks.x

Sorry to hear. I've had a good look for the governments justification for the priorities, but can't find these. I'm sure you've likely done the same. They might be able to provide a bit more detail over the phone if you're happy to call them? I've added the contact information below for ease.

Universal Credit won't be able to help with a PIP question.
You need to contact PIP themselves.
0800 121 4433.
