Hi, i am new to the forum, please can anybody help me, my partner and me are on joint universal credits but my partner gets state pension in may and i have another 8 years to go before receiving state pension, he currently gets lwrca and pip, can anyone tell me if his lwrca will stop when he gets state pension in may, thanks.

    I'm not 100% on UC rules on joint claims I'm afraid and I 'think' the answer is that LCWRA will stop, but I hope someone will be able to give you a definite answer shortly. I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hi.
