Hi, my name is cj491107! will it affect my transitional protection?
if my daughter 30year old moves in with me and my partner all of us are on uc and pip will it affect my transitional protection and uc also would it affect my rent benefits part of uc or council tax benefits even though I already pay full council tax anyway

You will need to let UC know when she moves in.
Your Housing Element won't be affected if your or your partners PIP includes Daily Living.
No other affect on your UC or Transitional Protection.
If you pay full Council Tax already then there shouldn't be any change. It would still be a good idea to let them know once she moves in.
