Lcw to lcwra
Hi can I have some advice please.
I was placed in lCW about 18 months ago. I have stage 3 severe emphysema.
I kept writing in my journal that my gp had advised I had no capability for work and she continued to give me sick notes but there was no option to upload one. After a year of waiting I was given another uc50 questionnaire that I filled in 6 months ago and provided evidence that my condition had got worst. I have called them several times over the last 6 months each time advised it's in the back office awaiting review. Will my Lcwra start from when I have an assessment or from when I sent the questionnaire back. I'm so frustrated with it all. If someone could advise me please.

If you go from LCW to LCWRA after reporting a change in health, the decision would usually date back to that report but this only applies if you've also been providing Fit Notes alongside.
I'm unsure what would happen in your situation, I've seen a few people ask the same question but no one seems to know the answer.
