How can I call me casemanager directly

Well I have condition and some days I couldn't get to go out or do anything and I suppose to go to jobcentre for confirm my bank details as it must be happening before 09/03/25 to not miss me payment.
Well it's so complicated,I move from east London to west London by tomorrow at 9 am .

For which benefit?
I suspect the most you can achieve is requesting a call back from them, via the general helpline.

Well I reckon this is the only option. Thanks anyway and if it's okay, well I don't even know is it like that or not but want to tag you 😜

My only suggestion would be for you to put this in your journal.

The easiest way is to write in your UC journal if you have one set up. Just explain why you can't get to the job centre. Otherwise I'm afraid your only choice is to ring the DWP which is never fun as you have to wait ages on hold but the advisor on the other end should be able to put a note on your file explaining the problem.Good luck @sniperman80

I see from other posts this is about UC, if you add a Journal message using Payment option, then that message should reach your case manager.

Hi @sniperman80 I've merged a few discussions around the same subject - hope that's ok! Welcome to the community ☺️
