Does anyone know how long the DWP take to process an ESA3 form ? I know there are delays in many departments, so far been waiting 5 weeks

Answered my own question. DWP state that it should be actioned in 2 weeks and a letter sent within 10 days.
Sometimes if it is complicated, as is mine they seem to avoid it until you chase them. However having rung to check that it had been received ( always necessary if a long delay )The staff were very helpful, even though I rang the wrong (freephone number ) they transfered me to the right department and had a call back from a manager within the hour.
In this instance I can only praise the DWP
