I'm nearly 50 and I still can't string 2 decent nights sleep together. Every bed and mattress is just so uncomfortable. Can't get a good level with my medication. Any ideas?

Ask your go to refer you to OT services for assessment. Or speak to district nurse as they can access therapeutic mattresses and beds. Good luck
