Hi,

I am due my review and most of my support and prompting and assistance not all but most is over the phone does the count on PIP as I never mentioned last time how it was given they never asked. However, on looking this time I was going to mention this about Q11 DF but not sure if that will be a good idea.

    With your review, just answer as if it were a new assessment, be honest and focus on which descriptors apply to you, with real life scenarios and possible consequences. If needing support via the phone is applicable to any of the descriptors, then mention it. 😊
